Chili Relleno

Carbs per serving was posted as 19g, but you can get this far lower as there
are plenty of 0 carb cheeses, and if you skip the salsa entirely which is
where most of the carbs are coming from I suspect and just go with some of
franks sauce for the Cayenne taste or just add a teaspoon of it to the
eggs and cream.  If sharing the meal with someone that isn't low-carb dieting
you  might just put the chili peppers on one side of the
pan for them or just put on VERY light coat on the other side of the pan.

Ingredients:
1 pound Ground Turkey
5 Eggs
7 ounces green chili peppers -- diced
2 tablespoons salsa -- picante hot sauce
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1/2 cup Jack cheese
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese

How To Prepare:
In casserole dish spread the diced green chilies along bottom. Mix jack
cheese and cooked turkey and spread on top of Green chilis. In separate
bowl beat eggs, whipping cream, and hot sauce, add mixture to casserole.
Add cheddar cheese to top of dish. Cover and cook at 375 F for 50
minutes.
