Crawfish Cornbread

2 eggs, beaten
1 package cornbread mix, preferably Pioneer
8oz shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream style corn
1/2 small onion, chopped
4-6 jalapenos, choppped (optional)
1/4 cup canola oil
1lb crawfish tails

Pour all in an 8x8-inch pan, stir well, and bake at 250 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is set.
Serves 9.
