Seattle Scene stuff - Activities!
Outdoors, indoors, upstairs, downstairs, Mountains, Lakes, Trees, and
Bees! Man, we've got EVERYTHING here in the Great NorthWet! If you love
the outdoors we've got Mountains, lakes, rivers, streams, forests,
rain-forests, Ocean, islands, dunes, volcanoes, desert, snow, rain, sun,
EVERYTHING! all within a maximum of a few hours of Downtown Seattle!
If you love indoors we've got sports, arcades, Imax, aquariums, zoos,
malls, big cities, bars, dance clubs, EVERYTHING again!
If you love upstairs we've got Skyscrapers, Mt. Raineer, Crater Lake
(almost), Broadway, etc.
If you love downstairs we've got clubs like the Catwalk, the Underground,
Underground-Seattle, etc.
If you love any kind of sports, we've got 'em all, any activity you can
think of from Roadracing Motorcycles at SIR, Car racing at Monroe, Drags
at SIR, Sky diving in Woodenville/Carnation, River rafting on the Skagitt,
tubing in the Cedar, Paintball in Factoria, Lasertag at the Funplex, more
than I can name!
There is nothing that you can't do in Seattle, if your boored, your either
a slug or dead! Never once have I had nothing to do in this town other
than because I decided to stay home! Life is PERFECT!
Stores/Restraunts
Stores: Any kind of store you can think of from The Pike Place Market to
Fantasies Un/Limited. Anything you wish to buy can be found in this city.
There is nothing that I have ever sought out to buy and not been able to
find in this city, other than that annoying 8.2% sales tax, but hey, you
can hit Oregon with a good potato from here with the proper launcher!
Some of our pride a joy stores to me at least would be out fetish stores.
We have a huge selection from the vanilla like Lovers package to the wild
like Sins. Everything you could desire to find from basic clothes/whips
to the wild aids and latex. Fantasies is carrying the new liquid latex
stuff! This stuff is cool... just smear it on and VIOLA instant latex
clothes. I'm not sure how this would look on a lot of the guys
(especially big hairy wookies like myslef) but on some of our good nice
voluptuous blondes and brunettes... let's just say this... WOW!
Restraunts: From Anthony's Home Port to 13 Coins, the Space Needle to
Dicks, anything that you desire to eat can be found here. Cajun to good
'ole slime burgers, Tai to Russian, whatever you wanna eat, it's
here...
Clubs/Bars
Clubs: Some of my favorites are the Vogue and the Catwalk. The Vogue
features Fetish Night on Sunday nights which is usually leather/latex
night. I has gotten a bit more lame in the years but is starting to get
crowded again. Whipping and spanking tends to have to be done in the
restrooms now instead of a big net on the wall in the back with whips and
such out for public use (My guess is legal pressure and such caused it to
be a non-sanctioned activity but it's still highly practiced around the
corner out of view of the DJ and bartenders though) The Catwalk has a
seperate chamber, multiple in fact, off to the left as you enter. They
get progressivly more hardcore as you enter deeper. Beware, you must pass
through Goth central room first... lots of stobe lights and black
lights... anyway, the first chamber contains spanking and minor abuses, a
bit deeper you find some bondage and whipping, one more in and you'll find
a bit or torture and some heavy whipping, and the deepest chamber is
usually for the strong of stomache or the sick of mind :) I head straight
for the rearmost section. Much more fun back there. There are much more
like the Hurricane and Beths Cafe which don't REALLY count as clubs
(although the Hurricane just got there liquer liscence!) that are nice to
hand out at. Almost forgot Minnies also, it's a bit more stuffy and I'm
YET to be there once where we're not besieged at least a few times by
Regge music but they have nice food, WONDERFULL deserts, and the coffe
ain't too bad either.
Bars: There are more than I can even name but the general selection is the
Firehouse, Crockodile Cafe', Backstage, Offramp, Weathered Wall, and many
more... all feature local bands every night and sometimes somebody worth
listening to ;) You'll be crowded and it'll be too loud for some but hey,
the music's good! Nobody carries anything but Beer and crappy wine
coolers with next to no selection (gasp!) but they all usually end up
wrapping up around 12-12:30 with plenty of spare time to hit the real bars
and taverns.
